Have you ever read the children’s book, Goodnight Moon? If not, find a copy- it’s so cute! Anyway, we think 2015 Heard County H.S. graduate Cali Harrod could be featured in a new version of the story. Instead of talking to the moon, she’d be playing softball with it! That’s what it looked like at the end of her senior shoot on the Heard County Braves softball field. The moon was full and clearly in sight, and you can see it in a couple of her softball photos here. 🙂 What a fun moonlight sports shoot!
Of course, not all of Cali’s senior session was in the moonlight. We started her shoot in the sun around some of her family’s property, complete with a barn, a bright red tractor, and an old swing! Cali showed us another kind of “swing,” too: a very powerful one with her bat! She received a scholarship from Florida State University for softball, and we can’t wait to hear about her success as one of the Seminoles later this year. Cali, we loved being part of your senior year and hope to keep in touch throughout your college career too! Thanks for playing softball in the moonlight with us! 🙂
